We gather in circle and connect with our hearts as we open to receive + be received by the nurturing essence of Cacao with gratitude + blessings. A magical song is shared with reverence for our healing with the Cacao.
Following this sacred sharing of Cacao, we nestle in to be bathed in sound vibrations.
The angelic notes of the crystal singing bowls wash over you as they soften + relax your body.
The otherworldly sounds of the gong whisk you away to the cosmos + beyond.
The flute grounds + delights the senses while sharing stories of love, play + sadness.
With my voice, I sing songs of love, joy, grief, sadness, loss.
Sounds evoke emotions. Emotions that are brought forth for you to feel in a nurturing space where you are held with love.
This sound journey allows you the space to feel. To connect with emotions that are ready to be acknowledged, felt, accepted + loved.
