The story behind the sound
There was a version of Diya Fae-Lyn who had everything organized. Nearly two decades building a professional life rooted in structure, discipline and the kind of productivity that looked good from the outside.
And then life asked her to stop.
What followed was a full initiation. A dark night of the soul. A kundalini awakening that cracked her open at a cellular level and asked her to learn, slowly and devotionally, how to tend that energy with care.
Sound was the bridge.
Through years of working with voice, gong, singing bowls, shruti box and the devotional practice of 108 daily mantra chants, Diya discovered that sound does something words cannot. It moves what is stuck. It softens what has hardened. It reaches the places in the body and psyche that the mind cannot access alone.
Sound Sanctuary was born from that journey. A space she wished she had when she needed it most.
