Is this right for me if I'm new to sound?

Sound Sanctuary welcomes souls at all stages of their journey. The Awakening tier is specifically designed for those who are new or returning to practice. All that is needed is an open heart and a willingness to receive.

What if I can't attend the live ceremonies?

All live ceremonies are recorded and added to your Sanctuary library within 24 hours. Receive the medicine in your own time, in your own space, whenever you are ready.

What platform is the community on?

Sound Sanctuary lives on a private, dedicated platform. You will receive full access details upon joining. The community is intimate, moderated and held with care.

Can I change tiers after joining?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Sound Sanctuary is a monthly membership with no minimum commitment. The deeper medicine comes with consistency and devotion, so we invite you to give yourself at least three months to experience the full effect on your beingness.

What is the difference between attending live and receiving the recording?

The live ceremony carries a different quality of energy. There is something that moves in real-time transmission that the recording holds differently. Both are powerful. Many members return to the recordings again and again. You may find yourself drawn to both.

I'm a practitioner. Is Sound Sanctuary for me?

Yes. Many souls who hold space for others come to Sound Sanctuary to be held themselves. This is your place to receive, to refill and to deepen your own connection to sound and self. The Devotion tier also includes priority access to the Vibrational Alchemy Mentorship for those ready to go even deeper.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel any time from your member portal. Your sovereignty is always honored here.

The medicine of sound is a subtle yet potent frequency. To allow the resonance to penetrate deeply and to ensure your system is ready to receive the transmission, preparation is an integral part of the ceremony.

• Set Your Intention

Write 1-2 sentences regarding your intention coming into the ceremony. Bring this written intention with you to the space.

• Nourish the Body

Maintain a clean, high-vibration diet in the days before. Hydrate deeply. Sound travels faster through water than through air.

• Quiet the Mind

Limit exposure to news, social media, and heavy input. Allow your ears to decompress so they are primed for subtle frequency.

• Create Spaciousness

Ensure at least 2-3 hours of white space before the ceremony begins. Allow your nervous system to decelerate.

• Honour the 72 Hours

The ceremony does not end when the sound fades. The true work begins the moment you leave the ceremony. Tend the resonance.

• Protect Your Field

Avoid major life decisions immediately after ceremony. Allow the frequency to stabilize before committing to new directions.
